Your day includes:

· Unrestricted access to our spa facilities

Upon your morning arrival, our welcoming staff will provide you with a robe. Dressed in comfort, your relaxation begins with a warm herbal tea, setting the tone for your day of calm and peace. Following your tea, you'll enjoy two hours of leisure in our facilities, including the pool, sauna, hot tub on the balcony, and steam room. Midday, savour a selection of light bites or salads, complemented by a nutritious green smoothie.

Then, it's time for your carefully chosen treatments, aimed at enhancing sleep quality. Begin with a Repose Aromatherapy Facial, using a blend of 40 essential oils from the Mediterranean to soothe, calm, and moisturize your skin, alongside massages designed to alleviate tension and stress. This is followed by Reflexology, a deeply relaxing treatment ideal for anxiety reduction and stress management, supporting healthy sleep patterns.
